黒いとこを先に

下絵、一応の完成

下絵をおおざっぱに描いた。
今回は対象より絵の方が大きい。
写真を補完するために実物も用意している。
時間は気にせずゆっくり、じっくりいこう

下絵のための碁盤の目をいれた

Facebookで面白いアプリがあって、今年1年の記事をまとめてくれた。

英検1級取得と、翻訳のアルバイトがは始まったときの記事が多くの反応を呼んででいた。

高さは頭の長さが基本。
頭〜首下〜胸板下〜へそ〜太ももつけね〜2膝〜2足首で、
そこから足。
顔については、真ん中に目、
下半分の半分に口。
上4分の3から髪の毛。
腕は肩から肘まで、肘から指先までが頭1つ分。
7頭身は胴を、6頭身は腿〜足首の長さを
半分にして調節。

ありがたいことにアルバイト先の会長から
ペアチケットをいただき、
ボリショイサーカスへ行ってきた☆

人間と動物による素晴らしいショーを見れた。
ただ、ムチで打たれる
セントバーナードとかヒョウとかを見ていると正直、
手放しでは喜びにくかった。

もちろんしばき回しているわけではなく、パシッくらいの感じ。
しかし本番ではパシッと叩くだけでスイッチが入るくらい、
練習の時には強烈な一撃を何度も入れていそうなことは伝わってきた(想像)。
じゃなきゃ猛獣のヒョウや熊が演技せんわな。
一緒に行った子ちょっと引いてた:(；゛゜'ω゜'):
会場の外では動物愛護団体が非難チラシをまいていた（チラシの文字を子供に書かせるのはどうかと思う）。

とはいえ空中ブランコではついこの前のオリンピックを
思い出すようなひねり連発の空中技があり、
終盤には2匹のゾウがラスボス感満載で登場して
椅子に座ったり1匹がもう1匹の下をくぐったり象使いを
鼻で持ち上げたりして大興奮。

個人的には人間の演技の方が楽しめたけど、ゾウは別格☆

一生に一度はボリショイサーカスへ行ってみることをお勧めしますヾ(*´∀｀*)ノ

The generous chairman of my current working place gave me a pair ticket and I went to the famous Bolshoi Circus (a Russian animal circus held in Osaka) with my artist friend.

We saw the amazing show performed by people and many kinds of animals.

Yet, I did feel kind of fuzzy when I saw Saint Bernards and leopards being whipped.

Of course the tamers were only hitting the animals softly in the show. But it kind of invoked the image of them hitting animals real hard during practice until they learned to follow each order with just a light slap or a simple hand gesture during the show. Otherwise, leopards and bears wouldn’t play with humans. The girl who went with me seemed kind of shocked (oh…). And some animal protection group was giving out brochures accusing the circus at the street in front of the site (I don’t think it is a good idea to make children handwrite these brochures).

But anyways, the trapeze act reminded me of the gymnastics in the Olympic games just held in London and the huge elephants that appeared around the end were amazing. The couple of elephants sat in chairs, stood 2-footed, one crawled beneath another, held the mahout with the trunk etc and it was really exciting.

Personally, I liked the performance done by people better but the elephants were awesome.

I recommend you go and see an animal circus at least once in a lifetime. And I really thank the chairman for his courtesy (*he’s not using facebook lol).

しかし暑い

手前から、紙、 iPad 、パソコン画面二つ。

便利な時代になったもんだ。

しばらく模写を続けていると、
デッサンをしたときにクオリティの違いにぞっとする。

それが個性だと言うこともできる。

まあ、もっと練習するこっちゃ

今はしばらくぶりに
模写絵を描いている。
