Bilinguals naturally own two personalities. Each personality is attached to the experience it has been through.

For me, what I've been through through speaking and studying English has been great. There's been good things and bad things. I love them all.

The experiences concerning Japanese are mostly dreadful.

I'm a confident but also humble man when I'm speaking English. I'm an excellent speaker of English as a foreign language (far from native, though).

Speaking and thinking in Japanese usually take me no where. I'm a crazy nerd who can't count or entertain anyone in groups.

Perhaps faking the English-speaking personality would improve my mental attitude.
