These are what I'm interested in.

経済的安定をずっと求めている。俺の言う安定とは、よほどのことがない限り毎月、決まった日にちに手取りで25－30万円の現金収入がある状態だ。収入源はひとつでは怖い。メインは1つ（欲を言えば2つ）、その周辺に2つ3つの副収入の道を作っておきたい。

 

例えを挙げよう。メインの収入として、会社に勤めて給料をもらう。毎月必ず入ってくる（17万としよう。事務員だし）。副収入1として、残業代は毎月変動するが、1－2万はつくだろう（3万が上限だそうだが、それだけやるとクビになるだろう）。副収入2として、家庭教師をやってみればどうか。安くても週1が1件で12000－16000円になる。2件持てば24000－32000円だ。資産からの利息を得るのもいいだろう。月5000円だったとしても、貴重だ。外貨の金利は今は低いが、いずれまたおいしい時期が来るかもしれない。そして、ネットショップの立ち上げもひとつの選択肢だ。

 

今年はネットショップの立ち上げを、趣味のひとつに加えたい。もし儲かればラッキーだし、頓挫しても何のマイナスもない。「中高年でもできた！副収入がつき14万円儲かる仕組み」なんて胡散臭い本も読んだし、いっちょやってみよう。紹介したい商品のメモも進んでいる。ちょっと楽しみだ。

with the useful wi-fi connection for my iPhone.

Also, digital broadcast began just today and now my 40 inch Regza is
working, too. It's great゜

もう、どうして俺が関わる会社はみんなこうなるんだ。

俺が貧乏神なのだろう。

夕方のニュースにはちっとも報道されなかったが、
出てきたのは各新聞の朝刊だけか？

ワイド○ループの時は新聞とニュースと法改正が曲がり角だった。

うちはなんら、やましいことはしていない。
○イソーが暴走しただけのこと。

しかし、責任は負わされるのだろう。

こんなにかわいい商品がなぜ．．．

Languages are usually mastered better by women than men,

The reason notebook PCs are so cheap now is
not only because everything else is becoming cheaper, too
but also because USB 3.0 is coming out soon.

USB 2.0 will be out of date by the end of this year.
Core i7 is fast. But still, it may be wiser to wait till
the Core i series become mainstream with USB 3.0.  

Till then, my lovely second-hand Let's Note with Pentium M should live.
It is working perfect, with Itunes, Illustrator and Microsoft Net Frameworks 
  wiped out to minimize the burden.

However, we do want HDMI connection to the 40 inch television.

物欲は、満たすよりも抑えることの方が易しい。

一つのものを買うと、意識をしない限り長く愛することは難しい。

出会いの頃のワクワクは薄れ、欠点が見え始めるとそれを満たす新しいものが欲しくなる。

また、タイミングよくそういう商品が出てきたりする。

お金を残したいなら、お金に支配されたくないなら、物欲をコントロールすることが必要だ。

これは、稼ぐ能力とは別。

ほしいという感情を認識した上で、買うのはちょっと待ってみる。

いずれいらなくなるのではないか、場所をとらないか。

どれくらいの期間、どれくらいの頻度で使うのか。

タダにする方法はないか。

それを買わないことによって得られる経済的自由、余裕に勝る魅力が『本当に』あるのか。

それは生活費の中で吸収できる額なのか、

それのために使っていいようなあぶく銭がたまたま入ってきたのか、

それのために積み立てるのか、

それのために貯蓄を切り崩すのか、

それを買ったがために、他にも出費が伴わないか、

ランニング・コストはあるのか、それは大きすぎないか、

その価値が本当にあるのか。

突き詰めて考えると、世の中にはいらないもの、買わないほうがいいものがたくさんある。

だから、物を買うときはよくよく考えよう。

そして、買ったものは長く、大切にする。

できれば一生使っていきたい。

買い換えるときは、『お疲れ様』と言ってあげたい。


  ↑俺みたいなのがデフレの原因なのだろう。最近増えているのか？？ 

さて、今後いつか買い揃えるか、機会があれば人から譲り受けたいと思っているものは―

：ドルビーサラウンドスピーカー（あぶく銭が転がり込むことがあれば）
：筋トレマシーン（積み立ててもいい）
：PVCレザーのソファ（もらう予定）
：充電池10時間、重さ１ｋｇ、起動1分以内（or7秒以内）のノートパソコン（5年以内）
：空調システム（今年の冬までに．．．）
：浄水器（今のところいらない）

最近、40型レグザを10万円で買った（エコポイント引いたら8万弱）。
買ってよかった！！

I woke up in my dream to answer my mobile. It was Hanada-san, a man I
had never met but was supposed to be a superior of mine. He asked me
why I had left the party early the night before and why I didn't come
to work today. I was kind of confused. I explained how the boss had
told me I looked kind of pale and had suggested that I should leave
and go to bed that day. The boss had also let me take a day off
today and I was asleep till Hanada-San called me up.

So, who was Hanada-San? I don't know. The dream had some reality but
where I work now doesn't run on Saturdays When I actually woke
up from this dream, Shima called me, the real fraud.

Well, that's how today started.

I LOVE RAIN
Heavy rain kept the hay from spreading in the air. I didn't have to
struggle for survival today. Skipping breakfast and drinking hot water
instead of taking two, three cups of coffee worked, too. The shattered
nostrils from yesterday could recover.

WORK
We are in an endless marathon to make this 'catalog' thing, which
will take at least two months, as far as I can predict. The
occasional offer from Oda-san and other people to translate something
into English is real-fun but apart from that, I'm simply setting mines
all over the catalog, full of unintended mistakes to be found out
later on.

KIM-Gold, ASADA-Silver
Can't complain- Kim Yona has won the gold medal and Asada finished in
second-place. Asada succeeded in jumping two triple-accels perfectly
and still lost to the Korean princess by 20 points. Writing this in
the train now, I cannot wait to watch them on video.

THE ASPY'S BRAIN WON'T WORK
I know my limits and abilities. Finishing only about 7 items for the
catalog in one day is slow work. However, if I try to make it any
faster, I'll start making incredible mistakes and will not have the
patience to fix them. In this company, I'm the quickest and finest writer of English.
So who cares if I'm the slowest in recognizing numbers, rows,and
columns?

America wants to kill hybrids because they don't have the brain to
make them.

Obama wants to silence Toyota and its hybrid technology to secure a
smooth way for electric vehicles.

However, if they accuse Toyota too much, they may start firing the
stupid white men in Texas and some regions in the US, who were
responsible for this recall issue.

Toyota made in Japan and the ones made overseas are different
vehicles, says Keisuke Nakahara, and I feel the same.

Toyota may struggle for quite a long time, as they are in America's way.

GM, Ford and some EV companies in the South might prosper to open the
age of electricity-driven toy-like cars.

I want one, too!

Notes for diary
I slept just around four and a half hours last night. I had to watch
the R-1. It was imppossible for me to wait till today, as we have the
women's figure skating to watch today and owarai is too fun to put off
for a whole day. Gajin, Ehara and Nadagi were great Abe won it,
though. Anyways, I managed to meet the minimum sleeping hour to keep
my health so there's supposed to be no problem. Yet, I do feel sleepy
and a bit floating in the air. Well, let's get down to work!
